Understanding ICT Macro Time
ICT Macro Time involves identifying key periods during the trading day when the algo will seek buy side or sell side liquidity, or seek to rebalance price at a point of interest in between the open and close of the macro.
During this time, Fx traders can find high-probability trading setups. This is because, during these times Algorithm is hyperactive and hunts liquidity.

ICT Macro Time Strategy
Step 1: Mark liquidity and inefficiency on the Chart before the Opening of any MACRO
Liquidity: Mark liquidity, Sell Side, Buy Side Liquidity, equal highs(EQH), and equal lows(EQL).
Inefficiency: Mark Inefficiency on Chart FVG or IFVG
Step 2: For trading lower time frame marks, these imbalances, liquidity, and inefficiencies are on m1,m5, and m15.
For a Higher time frame, mark these on m30,h1, h4
If you are trading M1, then make these inefficiencies and liquidity on the M5 and M15 charts; this will give you more insight and knowledge.
Step 3: Wait for the Algorithm to take liquidity or fill the imbalance.
Step 4: After the sweep of Liquidity or Fill Imbalance, find SMT or Market Structure Shift(MSS).
Step 5: Take the Entry if this will align with your daily bias.
